Default ls crank in gsr block

i was planning do this a while now but i would like to know what bearings/thrust washer will i have to use gsr or ls?? an would i have to use the gsr or ls main caps??

Use the GSR bearings and caps, but use LS rod bearings.

Also, just an FYI, but you can't change main caps around, they're machined to fit each individual motor.

one other question... can u use bak the gsr girdle or just buy an after one instead??

You can use the GSR girdle because you will be using the GSR main caps. The main bearings and thrust washers are the same sizing as the LS.
One other thing to keep in mind is to check clearance on the oil squirters. With the added stroke, some piston skirts will come close or touch. Golden Eagle makes plugs for the squirters also.

yes, use the gsr main caps and ls rods. and you will have to plug the squirters for sure because the ls crank will be hitting the squirters.
