What would make my spedometer jhump?

What would make my spedometer jhump?

When trying to start my NON-starting car. My spedometer jumps up almost every time the engine cranks? any ideas?

Maybe the vehicle speed sensor. Any CELs?

its either the ign. coil goin bad or your battery is runin low(not enough juice) or your speedometer is f'ed up

ok the coil is going bad, but this is the second one in a month. what could do that? my dizzy f'n up?
