its more than likely a D series motor, look at the shifter, single bend with D series shift ****. I bet its one of those cars where the outside and interior is immaculate, but under the hood is a mess.

 

Clean rex, I'd offer him 4500 depending on the engine, and ya, get those ugly headlights and corners off. I'm sure some ricer would buy them for a C note on Ebay

 

Rewire the sidemarkers appropriately too.... that's stupid how they are wired up.

 

Very nice rex I would make a couple changes myself but I'll give the car a 9.5 out of a 10

 

I'm thinking of getting it. Its suppose to be clean through out the car and engine was re built 80k ago. Although I'd drop a gsr in it. It would be perfect for me if it had the rear seat and ac. Ill keep you guys updated if I get it.

 

I would kill for that interior; mine's so badly ripped up.

Honestly, I'd be willing to pay that much just for the car sans engine; I'd drop a new engine in myself. Get the price down as much as you reasonably can, but don't let it get away!

Tomorrow I'll post everything that has been done. He says its basically a new car with everything he's had done to it. Yeah headlights need to go and yes its the d series engine in it.

 

He originally had it up for $6k. As you could see it was a bit to much. He says he has been offered $4600 but it was still to low for him.

 

Not worth 5G's buddy that's my opinion.

 

3,500 as best offer or drop it. ya i know the rims and maybe paintjob cost alot but w/e you cant always get your money back.

It's worth it. CRX's in good condition are getting harder to find. And that interior looks minty. Plus you can tell the owner cared about the car. Even if the motor is shot that will give you something to do because everything else is done. If you are planning to mod it to death then don't waste your time. Don't listen to these people on here complaining about cornerlights and crap. These cars will be collectors items. Plus it's got Work Equip's! Come on, what am I missing?

The car is kinda mixed and matched and doesnt look like a whole lot of detail was given to the litte things on the car, but overall it looks pretty decent, it's not a hack at least. I'd rock it.

id subtract all the money youd have to invest from the asking price like headlights moldings, corrner lights and such and get that money to yourself to pay for the parts and smog and paper work and the end
