It seems the standard fare is a set of matts with trunk matt included in the purchase price. The entire scenario is so fluid and dynamic, there really is no way to advise you from afar. as usual, best bet is to go in with financing in place, that gives you a somewhat stronger position with which you can deal.
Other than that, don't feel "Cheated" if you end up paying slightly more than someone else... if you want the car, go buy it. Just because some smuck in bumf*ck Iowa got a smoking deal on the car doesn't mean the rest of the dealerships in the Honda network should match that price. Pay a comfortable price for the car at slightly below MSRP and have fun driving it, its a good Automobile.

Even thou they are "expensive," the EX or EX-L are popular. You are paying a lot of $$$ for a car. If they don't have your color, wait for the next shipment. Don't let them talk you into your 2nd or 3rd choice of colors, to move inventory.
color is not an issue... definatelly red... and ive talked to my local dealer and theyve already found both trim lvl's for me in a stick in red.. just a matter of choices.. and what else to get with the car.. thanks for the replies so far tho
I would not get it because I'm cheap. Buy my 06 leased Accord came with the rubber trunk bin liner.
The normal carpet lining does protect it from abuse. But there were a few times that liquid got spilled in the trunk. It was nice to just wipe and hose it off. Wet or dry, I can just throw it in the trunk.
With the normal carpet lining, I had to be a lot more careful.
Recommend.
