I have a question about Jun Camshaft kit Stage 1,2,3
Sorry man, i didn't get the idea. please explain, i'm tryin to buy this. To spend over $1900 on this kit, i need to know more info and what they mean. I understand i can still pass emissions if i set almost everything back to factory settings.
Look how much bigger and harsher the lobes are on the skunk than a type R one.And that is a skunk2 stage 1 cam,I think most Jun's are prolly even more aggressive.
to put it plainly - agressive means it's moving the valves more violently. if you look on the lobes on those cams it's keeping them depressed longer and then dropping them really quickly.
you'll need good valvesprings to keep from slamming your pistons into your valves, and maybe a better timing belt. keeping them in spec, dyno tuned, and fresh oil are all key to longevity.
