Do all S2000's come with HID headlights from the factory? What year was the last year the motor rev'd to 9K, and the next year they lowered the redline but increased torque and HP? Please and thank you.

yes they all have HID and AP1s rev to 9 last year for them was 03...AP2 has no VTAK and only 140whp

 

I'm confused about the ap2 not having v-tec... Is it that u can't hear it engage or wat the ef? haha

Yes they all have HID's and they all have vtec.

In the US, the AP1's are from 00-03 and they have a 2.0 with a 9k redline. The AP2's are from 04+ and they have a 2.2 with a 8k redline. Please check out the site search feature and faq before posting next time.

Can you break down the pro's and cons of each, or rather what would draw a buyer to each car's characteristics?

 

they pretty much have same pros/cons everything else is personal perference...drive AP1 and AP2 and decide which you like best. end of story.
