Alignment...Should I wait or do it right away?
So I will be installing new lowering springs onto my 02 Civic 4Dr...
question is, should I wait drive and gain some mileage when I install the springs
or should I just do everything at once, and align it the same day the springs are installed?
will I kill my tires, if it is only about a week of driving at about 120 miles

you're better off driving it for a week.. you wont do enough tire damage to notice. If you align it day of install, then you're gonna have to go back and get it fixed a week later after the new springs settle.
I agree with the previous statement.... wait for the springs to settle... trust me you'll notice the difference of height... once you've noticed that they've completely settled take it to get aligned.
I've actually noticed settling well beyond a week, depending on driving conditions and such, it could take awhile for the springs to hit that sweet spot where they will stay for awhile, and theoretically they will be continually settling for the complete life of the spring... Its just physics
I wouldn't even be afraid of going few hundred miles before alignment
