My first motor swap
OK so I have a 91 ef hatch and I'm putting a B18a1 into it and am wanting to know what all I have to do? It is a dx auto. model. I already know that I need mounts and shift linkages.
You will need to convert from dpfi to mpfi first off. Then u will need the Engine Harness, Obd0 pr4 ecu (MT im assuming) ef2b mounts and linkage(id spend the extra buck and get hasports or avid racings, well worth it) Ull need DA axles and halfshaft. Longblock/tranny with all accesories (starter intake mani, exhaust mani, alternator. dizzy blah blah blah)
Ok so I got the motor in the car now. I used the monotech wiring harness. Im using a PM6 ecu. When I started the car it idle really high and its not throwing any codes, so Im not sure what I need to check. So any advise would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I cleaned the IACV and adjuseted the idle screw and still idles way to high. Do any of you have the vacuum specs for a 91 civic and also a 92 ls integra. I'm thinking I might have a mixed up a vacuum hose.
mine kind of lopes when its cold. the other day, my neighbor's friend asked me if i had a cam in it, lmao. some idle high, but not all do. my da didn't. so how's that monotech harness? easy as it says it is. i've been looking at them mysel, just wondering if its all plug and play.
Some rev high but not this high. I think I might have the vacuum lines mixed up I'll find out tommorow. The montech harness is very easy, the hardest part is just getting the four wires into the car.
I fixed it today. I had a vacuum line mixed up. I dont have a tach so i couldn't tell how high it was revving . I got the right Ecu. Thanks for all the help all of you gave me.
