Well from what you have said so far you are trying to use OBD1 injectors in an OBD0 setup correct?

The injectors are not compatible they are high independence where you need low independence. Also the only way you could take out the resistor box is if you had a OBD1 ECU...

You can use either the Z6 map or the stock one on your firewall.
Of course to use the firewall one you need to find a vacuum port for it.

You can remove the resistor box like you are thinking to use the Z6 injectors. Just hook up the 4 wires going into it to the one wire going out the other side. People usually solder all the wires together. You can also puchase a plug that looks a little cleaner, but accomplishes the same thing.

I believe you can use OBD-0 injectors and the resistor box as well. A lot of turbo setups require the use of OBD-0 style injectors and a resistor box with OBD-1 ECU.

thats would be correct, it doesn't matter what ecu you are using. you can use either obd0 injectors with the res. box, or obd1/2 without it.

so if i decide to use the map sensor on the z6 motor i jus leave everything disconnected on the firewall one or jus remove it completly right??

yep you leave the firewall mounted map disconnected. and you can either leave it there on the firewall or remove it completely.
