Swapping b16 for ls motor. Plug n play?

Swapping b16 for ls motor. Plug n play?
There's a kid around me that really wants my b16 motor and have been thinking about the ls mainly for the torque. Is it just plug n play since it's a b series or do I need anything else besides the ecu?
