Just wondering if anybody can point me to where I can find the EGR valve for the 1996 Honda Accord EX. I have the 4 door, 4 cylinder 2.2 L version.

Hey- just did a quick google search and came up with many hits:

Also your local parts stores (Autozone, Napa, Advance Auto, ect.) should have them as well

And of course a Honda dealership can get one.

Probably also some super cheap ones on ebay.

-And dont forget to buy a new EGR valve gasket also.

 

Those things are usually dirty or have vacuum switching valve problems. The 98+ V6 EGR valves have it the worst since they copied the GM electronic EGR valve which has been known for over a decade to have clogging problems.

 

I'd be a little nervous using aftermarket on something as prone to &*^'ing up like the EGR Valve. Here's one at Jobber (wholesale) price from Saccucci Honda:

Hehe.. I just re-read my initial post and realized that I didn't ask the question correctly.

I did not need to know where to find an EGR valve (as in where to BUY one).

I needed to know where to find it in the ENGINE. LOL. But I found it since posting this, so it's all good.
