sfwd cars post your best 60ft times and also your setup(tranny,tire size,diff) whats the lowest 60ft you guys have seen in a sfwd car? 1.5?

 

1.18 at Moroso back in '05

...errr..i think the timing system may of screwed up on that one though

1.56 on a 24.5" tire with GSR Transmission, Spool

can't recall the best we did on a 26" tire -- maybe a hundredth or 2 quicker

 

1.63 b16 trans w/ a pro-drive spool

my best was like a 1.66 spinning horribly. now i cant seem to get the car to leave hard ehough.

 

NOT sfwd.. B16, Honda LSD LS/Gsr trans, kragen axles, 24.5/8-13 OLD mickeys at 7lb. no antilag launching at 8k

Gsr tranny with LSd - 24.5x9x13 MT slicks - 6.5 tire pressure - 1.59 60ft

 

1.53 on 24.5 mt was my best atco 08

 

1.55 on 24.5 mt with gsr trans and open diff

 

1.53 on 26 X 10 here...the real key is in the 330 though. I know Tony's been at least a 1.52.

 

On the 26" i've gone 1.52 60' and 4.0 330'.
On the 24.5 i think 1.57 and 4.2 330'.

my car always runs its quickest ET with a slow 60 and a good 330.

1.62 on a 25inch M&H tire, 1.61 on a 24.5inch M&H tire

1.63 on mt 24.5

 

1.59 on M&H 25's and H23 trans

 

Kojacks car pulled a 1.50 and backed it up with a 1.53 on 26x8.5 M\T dont know the rest of the slip after that. But like Ballard said the 330 is the real key.
