Default what parts to 'upbuild' a transmission?

I plan to rebuild my transmission this christmas break. I wanted to know if what I can do to make it stronger. I know this is kind of broad, but if I'm going to have the transmission apart, I might as well build it up. Thanks

*planning on getting a Quaife to begin with*

throw in a JDM or other final drive if you can (just for performance sake).

most of these integra trannies can take a beating, using the OEM parts should suffice unless under heavy load (in which case your axles would probably break first ha!)

thanks for the suggestion. I'll look into the final drive. as for the clutch, that will probably be upgraded as well.
