i know in my state(maine) if a vehicle is more than 17 years old you do not need a title to have it registered. id look into it most states do this. u could also apply for a new title trhough the dmv

New title said theyd make me pay 230 bux for it and salvage will only give me 200 on it. But that 17 year old deal Was really helpful. I live in texas so ill look into it. Thank your very much for your time. Btw the CRX is an 87 HF

make it a track star.

you don't need a title to drive it "off road." if you are looking to daily drive the car then i am no help. (every state has their own laws for titling)

Part it out, junk, or sell it with a bill of sale.
If he takes that to the DMV im sure they DMV will let him register it and get the title.

i put it on clist for 300 bux. See if i can get rid of it like that. I mean all it needs to be able to drive on its on all the time is a fitting or a ghetto insert of the intake fuel line into the new carb. i mean if your ghetto you can seal it with a buncha bull crap. But for it to be right theres a 14 dollar 1/4 tube to threading fitting that will work perfectly to get it driving aroudn on its own again.

Depends on the yard probably.
I live in TX and I've parted 3 cars and the junkyard has never asked me for the title when they pick up the carcass. Of course, I give them the carcass free just to get it out of my driveway.

I am in Texas too. File for a lost title and the state will issue you a bonded title that will turn into a clear title after 2 or 3 years if nobody disputes your filing.

Been there done that.

My buddy is actually looking for the piece that goes between the lights/hood if you want to part that piece from it.

I sold a Mustang with a bonded title. Its either that or pull it across the scales.

Oh so i can sell it with a bonded title. Coolz. Then i might do that. Otherwise i found a company that will take it and crush it while paying me 50 bux for it.
