I just purchased some rear seatbelts for my teg, since i'm doing a whole interior swap from taupe peanut butter brown to black/leather. The seatbelts are retracted in the mechanisms that bolt to the car, and they seem really hard to pull the seatbelt out. i have to like yank slowly, almost like a wiggle. As if the seatbelt is locked. is this normal? or should it pull out smoothly and lock with good force? i dont want to tear my whole panels out again if these belts are garbage. anyone know?

 

it suppose to be smooth easy to take off like your previous ones, and easy to click in too.

 

is there something in the locking mechanism that might need to be fixed? they seem visibly in mint condition, just kind of a pain to pull out. i payed $15 for them, and wish they'd be smooth!!!
