The best tire size depends on what CAR the wheels are used on, not just on what kind of wheel it is.
For example, the 15x6 "blades" that came stock on a '99 GS-R came with 195/55-15 tires, and that's the best size when you use them on an Integra. (You can also use 205/50-15 on an Integra with those wheels). But if you use those same wheels on a del sol, CRX, or pre-'96 Civic, the best tire size is 195/50-15.
