need some advice on my trans

i was putting my my trans back on my b16 and the 2 top bolt kept spinning and not tighting up???

strip the threads?
not lining the bolt up perfectly perpendicular to the bolt hole?

yup stripped out your gonna have to remove the trans and heli-coil what ever is damaged.
