power surging

ok.. just got the car a month ago.. and since then.. ill be driving just fine push in clutch.. or when im just idling.. it will power surge cant find out why any suggestions will help... thanx

Busted FITV I bet. If not, check the IACV. Instructions for both can be found in the FAQ at the top of the 92-00 Civic/del Sol forum.
