FS: LIKE NEW 17" White Advan RGII 5x114.3 / Dunlop Direzza Z1 tires (San Diego)
What's up Honda-Tech,
I have a set of pretty rare (and almost new) white Advan RGII wheels for sale. They'll also come with the manuals and wheel covers from Yokohama.
Anyway, here's the info:
Wheel: Advan RGII
Wheel Color: WHITE
Specs: 17x8.5, +50, 5x114.3
Tires: Dunlop Direzza Sport Star Spec Z1
Tire Size: 245/40/17
Condition:
-The condition of both the tires and wheels is pretty much new, with the exception of about 100 LIGHTLY driven street miles on these as I was trying to follow the prescribed tire break-in procedure by Tire Rack. Tire "nubs" are still on the tires, and the yellow spoke warning stickers are still on the rims.
-There are NO chips on the wheels whatsoever, they are pretty much flawless. There are a couple of smudge marks from the tire installer, but it's removable.
-The back side lip has very minor knicks, also from the installer, but are not noticeable once installed.
Vehicle fitment:
I don't own a Honda anymore (sold my '00 Si back in 2005), so I'm not sure what these will fit on, nor can I say whether or not you'll have fitment issues. However, FWIW, they came off of my '05 STi, and I can confirm they fit there with no body mods. Please make sure these will fit before you buy as I will not be held responsible if you end up having fitment issues.
The style isn't rare, but the color is. There aren't that many people out there with authentic white RGII's, so here's your chance to get them.
I waited nearly 3 months to get these wheels in from Japan, and paid nearly $1850 for them to get to me. The tires were around $700 shipped to me, along with another $80 to get them mounted and balanced. So that brings me to a near grand total of $2630.
I would like to get $2500 for the entire set. Again, this is pretty much brand new.
Trades: None. I'm looking for a straight sale here.
Vouches: I have vouches on NASIOC and IWSTI if you wanted to check my integrity. PM me and I can link you. I also know a couple of Honda guys that can vouche for me as well.
I am not going to separate the wheels or tires, nor am I going to ship them, so please don't ask.
