really easy, take the two nuts off from each strut, move the engine fuse box and then move the throttle cable and clutch cable bracket, put the bolts through the hole and bolt it up. takes like, 10 minutes to do

hmm.... look in the picture thread, and see the other pics of cars with them on. might give you a clue. not hard at all. 4 nuts.

It also depends on the brand...if you can change a fuse, you can install a strut bar.
1. Mount in stock ITR location (ITR, Mugen)
2. Mount using strut top hat bolts (Most popular location)
3. Mount using A-arm bolts (Neuspeed)

My BYS Strut Bar. 
Just grab your Strut Bar, put it over your struts in the engine bay the rest is self explanatory... Look at the endlinks two holes... two bolts holding in your struts... put one and one together and it's pretty easy.
