I shipped an Autopower 4 pt race roll bar a few years ago and it cost me under 100 bucks...

I would go with BAX GLOBAL. Ups wanted 400+ bucks to ship a Spoon CF hood for me last week, but BAX did it for 120. They have their own planes and do mostly commercial/heavy duty stuff.
