I need to know how to adjust the valve lash on a b16a. I tried searching, but only found a write up for a d16z6 or something.

 

All I really need to know are the tolerances for the intake and exhaust. I know how to do everything else.

I have another noob question; How do you know the motor is at tdc on the compression stroke? Does the motor go through all four strokes with one full revolution of the cam gears? Or, do the cam gears do four full revolutions, one for each stroke?
