Injector wiring problems!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Right, Building my CRX Del Sol Turbo:
Was running fine, then I removed the Apexi AFC Neo management for an upgrade to Hondata S300J!
After removing the Apexi - I was using another car but I needed to use the Sol so I repaired all the wiring disconnected the actuator and was going to pootle it about.
Fitted the STOCK ECU and went to turn it over - for some reason it turned a few times and locked itself! I removed the plugs and cylinders were full of fuel! I removed and tried again - same problem!
Ok so I figered, standard injectors but higher fuel pressure its just not firing up and flooding it!
Finally fitted Hondata and got a base file and modded this for the stock injectors and higher fuel pressure - fitted it all up to the car, removed the fuel from cylinders and had another go..... locked again!!
Right, removed a plug and just turned on the ignition on - the injectors are fully open!! It flooded the cylinder in seconds!
Now I can only guess this is a wiring issue, but I am ***** and finding wiring faults soooooo please can someone help!!
Injectors are fully open before the engine is cranked!
Mike
Update:
Right just a little more information - me and a friend with a multimeter:
The injectors have got a constant 12V supply to them - these wires are yellow with a black strip and goes to a distribution block on the inside of the O/S/F wing - disconnect the block and no power feed!
The grounds - following wires (red, light blue, brown, yellow) back to the connector at the inside of the N/S/F wing and then back to the ECU these have a slightly fluctuating resistance of 1.55-1.65kohms - this was the same reading from the chassis ground and internal ECU pins.
sdots: What is the ground that you are talking about? I could not see one (B16A engine) Looking at the wiring diagrams there is no ground?
Thanks for everyone’s helps in this matter.

100% duty cycle before the engine is even turned over
