i believe it's 460f/350r, with 2"f/1.75"r drop. but this is for integra, i'm not sure if the spring rates are the same for your car.

How can you really measure the spring rate of a progressive-rate spring? I used to always see the H&R Sport springs claimed to be 276 in/lb front and rear. Yet in reality, the spring rate changes throughout the length of the spring. I'd like someone with real spring tech knowledge to comment on measuring the rate of a progressive spring, and if it's even possible.

i just saw those spring rates on team-integra, they have a list of all the spring rates from other manufacturers.

i do agree with patrick, if it's progressive then it means the spring rates changes depending on how compressed it is. they probably measured it when it was fully compressed.

if you're coming from stock spring, then upgrading to race springs will definitely be a plus in the handling department, but there's more to it than just springs. but make sure you also get new shocks to handle your drop. is this your DD or track car?
