due to my civic's engine finally died, im in need of another car.

im looking for a GS-R like the title says. has to be in Ohio or no more than two hours from 43845, low ish miles, 5 speed, clean inside and out with minimal rust.

slight mods is ok but no bodykits, big wheels, very loud exhaust. JDM parts are welcome or type-r. im looking to buy quick and my price cap is $3,500, over that may be concidered.
