Sway Bar adjustments?

I installed a Suspension Techniques rear sway bar in my accord yesterday and I seem to be having a clearance issue with my tanabe exhaust. Are there any adjustments I can make to an ST bar to raise it up a little and give me some more room? Or should I disconnect a hanger on the exhaust and have it lower a little bit?

This is a problem I've seen with every 4g/5g Accord with the S/T rear sway bar and aftermarket exhaust. The sway bar only clears the stock exhaust. Best solution I've found: custom 2.5" ID piping. In the meantime a piece of radiator hose between the bar and exhaust piping will quell any obnoxious noises.
