I was wondering what sort of 60fts you have seen with these tires. Preferably on an all motor car but any experience is appreciated. Its not a real popular size I know but in what little info I have found it seems like 1.7x seems to be the norm. Haven't seen anyone cut a 1.6 yet. While they have been super consistent for me I haven't been able to go lower than 1.76ish while I was getting low 1.8's with bfg radials and the same setup. Has anyone had success with this size?

On my old setup, I used to cut 1.64-1.67 60's all day. That was a 22x8x13. I have also run 22x9x13 M&H's and had the same results. I did notice that the trap speed wasnt as good as the 8 wide M&H slick.

This was in my daily driver 92 hatch with a h22 making 222hp and 156tq... stock H trans with a quaife LSD as well, if that makes any difference...

 

1.58-1.62 all day with 22/8/13.
255WHP all motor h22 in 92 civic HB.
No wheelie bar.

 

i cut 1.66-1.72's all day , 181 whp na and 281whp on nitrous.

 

9's are probably a bit overkill, as others have said 8's should get you where you need to go
