Help for "corroded nozzles" on windshield 05 Accord V6 EX
New member here - my apologies if I'm not posting in the right area. I have a question involving my 2005 Accord EX V6. Passenger nozzle on windshield hasn't worked in months. I live in Illinois with ridiculously cold temps consistently though car is garage kept. Two days ago, ran out of washer fluid and refilled - now BOTH sides don't work. Went to Honda dealer and they want $160 to replace nozzles ($20 in parts, $140 labor???) as they are corroded. They said there was a freeze, also, but they ran with warm water. I declined the service and don't know if this is a common issue. I also have an ext warranty but they said it's null for this as the "warranty cost" for parts/labor is less than $100 (my would be deductible.) Please help! Thanks a million!
I couldn't find specific instructions; but, I believe you would disconnect the tube at the nozzle, then squeeze the tabs under the nozzle to release.
Honda part no. 76810-SDA-A11 NOZZLE ASSY., R. WASHER $6.33
Honda part no. 76815-SDA-A11 NOZZLE ASSY., L. WASHER $6.33

That's interesting - the dealer stated they would have to remove the entire washer motor to replace the nozzles (which didn't make much sense to me). Thank you for the information! Maybe I can find instructions somewhere...
Here are two different TSBs for other Hondas that may help. Open your hood and see if yours look like either one.
