They make conversion harnesses for stuff like that. Thats the only way I could think of getting it to work.

Other players that only have a headphone input will not work on a factory deck unless you use a ghetto tape > headphone adapter.

*edit* Post the year of your car I didn't read it right and automatically assumed you have a 94-97. There is: http://www.hondafitjazz.com/audio.htm which may work on other years as well if they have that port.

*edit2*

There's also the FM transmitters, which work ok - there are a few sites with ways to boost the signal on them to reduce the static.

an aftermarket head unit was my first thought right until i tried to fit one the stock bose head unit has two input connectors one that goes intot the head unit and one that comes from the head unit to the amplifier for the bose speaker to use an afetrmarket unit i dont know the configuration for the wires that go to the amplifier to carry on making it work . so all in all if i change to an aftermarket head unit i lose the bose amplification which to me doesnt seem worth it as the sound quality is greaton the bose system

my car is a 1999 with the bose upraded sound system

and as for the honda jaz link you put in the din socket on the back of my bose is round 8 pin not a square one

Below is the best bet for an iPod.

Actually found one!

Then go to a RCA > headphone jack

Toss the serial/model in google and see what shows up I'm sure they'll sell it over seas too.
