How much for the upper rear interior pieces that go around the rear windows/rear seatbelts shipped to 12095(Upstate NY)? Are they mint?

 

shipping will be ~$30 because the panels are quite large. (inc. seatbelts)

seatbelts only cost ~$12 to ship

seat belts are mint. side panels are in 'good' shape. 9 of the 12 clips are intact on one, the other has 10 of the 12 intact. no cranks or anything though.
