Default clutch lever question

hey guys i am installing a b18a1 in my 90 std hatch. now when the motor was out and the tranny disconnected i installed a new clutch and throughout bearing. now that i have dropped the motor into the bay i notice that the clutch lever isnt able to move very much by hand. maybe like an inch to inch and a half. how much is the clutch lever supposed to move by just tugging on it with your hand? did i possibly install it wrong?

You wont be able to move it much by hand. Dont worry about it.

yea you're probably fine. it should be able to move about this much before the tb contacts the pressure plate.
