Default Buying an air compressor

I'm looking into buy a new air compressor. But i'm a big noob. Can anyone suggest some god ones for painting cars and doing small projects at home? Also should i get a oil-free one and a belt driven or none belt driven? I would like a long lasting and low maintainace one.

IF you gonna be using the compressor often then buy a $500 or more Air compressor. I don't like the noisy air compressor. The quiet one is good because it don't disturb the peace. I know i had a campbell compressor and damn that crap was noisy. I don't know much about compressor but i know if you pay something at higher price it would be better and lasting.

Which of these are the best option for the least amount of money spent?

My brother and I are planning to paint my brother's car and would need a decent one.

something with a high capibility psi and you also want high cfm's, 60 gallon or more, paid 400 for mine at home depot, husky 60 gallon works great, the only thing that kills it is a 1 inch impact, dont buy one of those that comes with all the air tools, the tools are bottom of the line..... you also want belt driven... they are easier to work on
