Just wanted some opinions on the front/rear+ upper/lower strut bars and c-pillar, if they actually do help reduce body roll and do better in cornering.

I do a lot of canyon running so i wanted to know if it was good to get these bars, and also does anyone with a 00 sedan have a c pillar? if yes how do you install it.

the c-pillar attaches to the bolts that hold the seatbelts to the c-pillars

 

on the civic 00 sedan there are no bolts that hold on to the seabelt holder, it's comes from the rear dash where the speakers are(coming out of the seat).

Sedans (and coupes) already have a rear deck. You shouldn't need a c-pillar bar.

 

the most effective, and the best thing to do for your cornering is changing out your tires hands down
