basics were not designed to go that low. even if you ride them all the way down (which is more likely to give u a softer /bouncier ride) oh and my brand new set blew in 7 or 8 months because i set them too low. But I still reccomend them. great ride - sometimes feel stock on super smooth roads... assuming u dont go too low.

Heres a few pics that are dropped on Tein basics all the way down in the front...

I was thinking of getting a set of Tein basics myself, but saved up to get Tein SS-P

HRmmmmm That silver one those must be 16inch Torques.. Hrmmmmmm i still dont think its low enough.. BUt for 250 man im sure the ride is worth it. BUt i want to be seriously Hammered.
hrm damn Man.. I dunno ive always put ground controls on everything in the past.. with stock shocks.. i dont mind a bouncy ride at all .. I really dont care.. but why spend 300 on just sleves.. I could just spend 50 bucks on ebay lol.. Ya know? I dunno those teins arent low enough.. im tryin to get like this..
theres not gonna be any coil overs you can just bolt on that will get you that low. i believe i have the lowest 7th gen civic (that ive seen) it was a long battle to get as low as i am. i could be loewer on 15s but i like a lil bit bigger wheel. i have alot of stuff done and modded to get it to sit like it does...and i can still go lower all around
eh...maybe, but why would u wanna be that low and have a garbage ride? u might as well chop the springs lol it would give u the same effect and kill the shocks just as fast. if u arent willing to drop the duckets to do it right why do it to begin with? if somethings worth doing its worth doing right
progress coils not maxed. i wouldnt say they are stiff but they are def more stiff than stock. i changed the spring rates and valving from stock also.
cheap is good but u usually get what you pay for homie

im definitely getting progress in the future- may it be for this car or any other car
- btw, what color are the springs and did you ahve to use any stock parts or are they true full coilovers with their own top hats?
