crankshaft pulley hellp!!!!!!!!!!
here is the problem my honda accord lx crankshaft pulley has been casing me some problem ever time i put the crankshaft pulley and connect the alt. belt to the pully i turn on the car and it starts to wobble real bad what can be the problem.
ive got a problem okay after i put on the timing cover then i got to the crankshaft pulley so i put on the alt. belt left off the power sterring to check if the crankshaft pulley would wobble so i turn on the car and push the gas it wobbled woreser than befor. the belt stated slipping of the pulley and almost started eating threw my timing cover so i turn it off wht could be the problem.
You can get it from Honda or aftermarket. It is the pulley outside of the timing belt cover. There is a layer of damping material between the pulley (red arrow) that is probably worn out, the pulley is not all metal.
