Default D15B7 noise at idle. Help

I have a 95 Civic DX with a D15B7. Recently is started making this weird whinning noise at idle. It won't do it when you first start it up but after it warms up, it starts doing it. It's coming from the driver side of the engine. It does NOT get louder when you rev it up. You can only hear it at idle and low rpms. I originally thought it was the alternator or AC compressor but I ran it without the AC compressor and it was still there and I just changed out the alternator and it's still doing it.

Could it be a water pump or timing belt issue or something?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Is it still doing it after you replaced the water pump?

Any other suggestions from anyone?
