H22 Auto to Manual Timing Belt Tensioner Conversion

i searched and i cant find out why you would do this when swaping in your h22a in ? what does it do and can you skip this when swapping it in my accord?
IIRC the auto tension setup has a tenancy to slip or fail every now and then. That is why people opted for the manual tension swap. Mind you it's not a necessity, it is a very sound conversion to do with the engine out of the car though.

how do i get the parts ive seen the list of part numbers but how am i susspose to get them ? do i go to the dealer or autozone or what?
Yes I would suggest the dealer or order them online from Majestic or Honda Parts deals.com. I would stay away from Autozone.
