Is this pearl or metallic?

Do you think this color is pearl or metallic? It looks like a pearl to me, but am not sure. what do you think?

if that is the stock world rally blue than it is just a metallic.

if its the newer world rally blue on the 08's +, its a mettalic base/pearl.
