Racers can pick up their 2 Day Pass at the Gate for $70. Additional spectator/crew tickets can be purchased at the gate for $15 Fri, $20 Sat or $35 for both days.

Entry Fee (Up till 6/10): $900 ($500 Non-Refundable Deposit. Balance due by 7/16. After this deadline, will be charged additional $100)
Entry Fee (After 6/10): $1000, to be paid in Full
Entry Cutoff Date: 7/31

Winner: $10,000
Runner-Up: $2300
Semi-Finalists: 2 x $900
2nd Round Eliminations: 4 x $500
1st Round Eliminations: 8 x $100
Purse Fund: $16,900

If there are more than 16 entries and/or more sponsor contributions to the purse, 100% of the extra funds will be added to the payouts, starting from bottom up. Conversely, if there are less than 16 entries, the Guaranteed Payouts/Purse Fund will be changed accordingly.

If there are more than 16 entrants and you do not qualify for the 16 Car Field, you will be refunded $450

To all your pm's about the complicated and confusion on the other thread with all the changes being made. I apologize everything was happening at the same time and i wanted everyone to know was was going on, but i guess it was alittle overwhelming and it started to get confusing.
I made this new thread to be clear cut and dry so i wouldn't compromise the integrity of me or our major sponsors. Special thanks to Ron Craft at RMR for pulling through for us.

We upped the entry fee to 900.00 to guarantee a 16 car 10,000.00 pay out. Which so far everyone that i talked to is fine and agree with. Good luck everyone! This will be an insane race!!

This is gonna be great!! I can't wait till this day, Full-Race will be out there for the first time. It's gonna rock!!!

 

this is just my opinion and i know it doesnt count because i wont be racing at this event but i think runner up should get more then $2300...maybe atleast $3200-runner up..$750-semis and $400-2nd round eliminations...its a big accomplishment to make it to the finals at a race with cars that are the best of the best in the country. They should be rewarded more then $2300...once again just my opinion

 

Have patience. As more qualifiers and others put in. The 1st round to runner up will move up in payout. Remember its still 5 months away.

 

I think steve is working on the payouts. Runner up payout increase would be nice, but we have to get the 1st round eliminations payout up higher than the non-qual

 

I dont need to get flamed guys... But its not really a "Westcoast" race..... Utah is nowhere near the coast..... It is West. But not on the coast at all... So those of you coming out, please dont think you will see the Pacific without driving 12+ hours....

I will be there to watch for sure.. I hope that Lisa spanks you all too..... Tony, yeah get ready. I hope you bring some Kleenex.
