Default The World Cup Finals lands a new sponsor!

The World Cup Finals has grown tremendously over the last decade, and we have now made the event a 2-day event on November 7-8, 2009 at MIR. Plus we now have the US Army as a title sponsor for the event! The World Cup website will be updated over the next few weeks and more details coming soon!

Everyone feel free to use this banner on your myspace pages, your personal websites, your business sites, your forum signatures, etc. to help promote the event all year. We feel that with the US Armys help, your help, and the new 2-day format to put on the biggest streetcar event in the country bar none.

Jason, You just keep on stepping it up don't you? "A can't miss event". You can count us in to help promote again. It will be a 3 day event for us.

I would fly in for it if I was too far to drive.

MIR got approval from the county to expand the pit area. I'm thinking it will be completed by then.

I am going to work on the payout yes. I want to incorporate some special awards for different type combos in each class as well from sponsors, similiar to what was done for the Outlaw FWD shootout.

*****Examples Only Below******

Wild Street
*$500 to quickest FWD (by company XYZ)
*$500 to quickest Supra (by company XYZ)
*$500 to quickest DSM (by company XYZ)
*$500 to quickest Modular Ford (by company XYZ)
*$500 to quickest LS1 (by company XYZ)

All-Motor Street
*$500 to quickest B series (by company XYZ)
*$500 to quickest K series (by company XYZ)
*$500 to quickest VW (by company XYZ)
*$500 to quickest Push Rod Ford (by company XYZ)
*$500 to quickest Modular Ford (by company XYZ)

Street Stock
*$500 to quickest Nissan Maxima (by company XYZ)
*$500 to quickest SOHC (by company XYZ)
*$500 to quickest RSX (by company XYZ)
*$500 to quickest Integra (by company XYZ)

I am thinking minimum posting of $250 and a company can post how much ever they want of course. That way more people get paid than just the winner. That way the companies can target the racers in their market.
