Incorrect, the B16 and LS oil pans are interchangeable, in fact they use the same oil pan. The reason that the B16/LS oil pan you tried didn't fit your GSR is because the GSR/ITR oil pan is deeper than the B16/LS oil pan due to them having a girdle.
