I just bought an 08 Accord Sedan EX-L and I am looking to put on some new rims. I would like to get some 20's but I am having a hard time finding many that will fit on an Accord. Does anyone have any website suggestions as to where to find some rims, or does anyone know of specific brands or sizes that would fit? I have also read that the new Accords have a tire pressure monitoring system...is this something I could put on the new rims and tires or would I have to disable this feature?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 

tpms is always an option and it goes on the actual valve stem portion so i doubt it would be a problem. i know most companies offer new ones for like 30 a piece ie tire rack. look for a rim w/ a 7 inch to 8 inch inch width.. anywhere from +40 offset to +48 offset depending on how low your car will be. i would mainly go w/ a higher offset for example use the +48 if the car is a lil lower.. to avoid any type of rubbing.

the tirerack.com is a good place to start to check out sizes and stuff so you can get an idea and maybe check out some wheels on your car to narrow down the style you like.

tire size is:

245/30 for 20" wheels
245/40 for 19"
235/45 for 18"
225/50- for 17"
