Removing Rear Side windows?

Removing Rear Side windows?
Anyone know an easy way to remove these without destroying them or chewing up the rubber mouldings? I tried piano wire from the autobody store and it cuts into the moulding since you have to use it at an angle? Or should I smash em out and buy new OEM ones for $135 each lol
