Default adjusted rear camber on my 95 Civic. Did that change rear toe ?

I had negative camber, so I put couple of washers beneath the arm on both rear wheels to compensate. Now the rear wheels sit streight, but did that screw up the rear toe ?

also, how much would that camber adjustment affect toe of the front wheels ? There I've got toe out with negative camber so my front tires get eaten up pretty quick

thanks

Toe eats tires, not camber. Remove those washers if you want better handling, and get the toe aligned to factory specs.
