Default sharing my build

After months of researching on honda tech and various other sights i decided i wanted to do an all motor set up. this is my final list of modifications. any input would be apreciated. car is being worked on in a week or so just wating for final parts to come in.

stock d15b7 block
stock internals
p28 ecu
d16z6 head
d16z6 IM
port and polish
hondata IM gasket
2 layer y8 head gasket
aluminum crank pully

hahaha dude dont kill his hopes like that.

OP that setup will yield little gains over a stock d series vtec which is pretty much what you rebuilt. If you threw some high compression pistons and a stage 2 cam in there you could compete with some stock b series though.

i was going to suggest nice valvesprings/retainers and a nice cam. i'd say you have enough compression to run a 59300 or even a crower cam

dude keep the d15b7 head but use the z6 Intake manifold/throttle body

upgrade the I/H/E

get an ex/si tranny

d16a6 cam or bigger aftermarket

and that will be a pretty quick sohc

stock grs wont dyno close to 163 at the wheel.. but any with that set up you could compete with stock b series depending how well it is tuned..
