After startup drive- no fuel?

After startup drive- no fuel?
02 civic lx.
I start the car, I go to drive it and its fine for a second then basically my wide band reads 17 afr or nothing like its getting 0 gas. I can push peddle to floor and nothing will happen, if i pump peddle sometime it works but if shut off car and restart it its fine.
This happened after I was turboed with EMANAGE. I can't figure out the problem. It's all back to stock, stock injectors etc etc. And any ideas on why this would happen would be greatly appreicated.
