i recently baught a 93 accord from a pal. the engine runs ok but it has a problem with the steering. theres a huge dead spot in the stearing wheel and the power stearing is not working. but the liqud is not leaking. any one know what can be messed up? some one told me somethin about a bushing??

You may be dealing with more than one issue here. If I understand the "Huge Dead Spot" comment as 'no steering resistance and nothing moves" then I would suggest inspecting the rack's Tie Rod Ends. You could have more than one worn one and this would cause that 'dead spot' at the center steering spot.

The lack of power steering could be more problamatic. What could be ultimately wrong would be based on how long it was operated like this.
If the system is full of fluid, you could be dealing with something as simple as a clogged filter in the fluid reservoir or something as $$ as a burned out Power Steering Pump.
