skunk2 intake manifold

i have one for a b18b currently and i'm switching my motor to a b18c1. is there any way to make my old one work or would it be easier selling my old one and buying one for a b18c1?

also, are exhaust manifolds b series specific or would one for a b18b work for a b18c1?
