I recommend the edelbrock header because it will bolt right up and you can get the racing b-pipe if you want or do the 2.5" collector mod...

I have yet to see the Toda be "beaten" on a 1-6. If you can't afford a real Toda, do the SPF manifold. The "narrow" replica is a good choice along with the new S2 header also.

I am just curious What makes one header better than the other. I would really like to know the answer here. I am not being funny. I have seen expensive ones on a dyno and the 50.00 ones from ebay as well.

A RMF header will spank a Tri Y header any day.

Look it up. There is some dud here on HT that makes or sells those headers. Hit him up im sure hell hook you up.

Id get either the rmf replica, I have one there decent in quality for under 400, Not sure on the price of the replica toda, but looks to be a quality peice for cheap, both will work nicely with any b16 motor you plan to build.

will i was leaning in the direction of the rmf. I was thinking about the future if i was gonna do a gsr swap or not. the rmf would work good on the gsr but what about the toda on a gsr. I havent seen or heard of people putting this on a gsr.

Any dyno sheets yet?? OP, check out the all motor forum and look for some dyno sheets on a set up close to yours.

WTF?

You can pick an ENDLESS amount of different headers as long as it is specified for your car. the edelbrock header is not the only one that will "bolt right up". ANY header you can get, whether it is as high end as MUGEN, SPOON,or as low baller as meGan....just get the right one...

RSR.... FTW

search for "kiddracing" and you'll find some dynos on the rmf replica, i know there's one with a stock gsr swap ith just a filter, and it pulled some nice numbers, like you said ive never seen anyone running a toda or replica toda on a gsr, im sure it would still make great power, try to find one with a 2.5 outlet,

If you wanna spend bank, and have a bank header, then look into J's Racing a legitamite international racing team with sick track cars and products for tuned street cars, they compete a lot in super taiyku an N1 restricted racing class.
