How low can a 95 civic hatch be dropped before you need an aftermarket camber adjuster? And what are good springs for a daily driver/weekend autocrosser?

Depends on where you want your camber set at.

I want my street tires to wear normally for street driving. I want the tires to sit the way they do stock.

Does the stock civic have any slight camber adjustments to compensate for a lower car?

no, it does not. get a camber kit, so you can put the camber where you want it, not where "it ends up"
